More Polka Dots

As we already know, I love polka dots, so you can just imagine my reaction when I saw a colleague with this bag.

Lets see how many boxes it ticks:

• white, blue and navy – check!
• polka dots, both giant and small – check!
• canvas, cotton tote bag – check!

Seriously, I don’t think I could have designed one better myself. Well done Marimekko! (And thank you for issuing these as press bags otherwise I’d never have seen it.)

I’m rather thrilled to say that less than a week after admiring said bag, I was given one earlier today,  indeed it made a rather dicey day all the better. As did going shopping for lingerie and purchasing a bra. Am sad to report it wasn’t the amazing Agent Provocateur Sprinkles bra but it’s rather lovely nonetheless; look, it’s even got polka dots too!
